Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items that have been used and show wear cannot be returned. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you return an item because the item is no longer needed, you changed your mind, or purchased the wrong item then you are required to pay the return shipping charges.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship any order to the Continental United States for a Flat Rate shipping charge of $9.95. We offer Free Shipping on any order over $75. No P.O. Boxes. All orders are shipped with insurance and tracking so you are covered if your package is lost or damaged during shipment. Excludes shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for your order based on the availability of your items and the shipping carrier.  Depending on the shipping provider we choose you will receive an email with tracking information and the order estimated delivery date.
